This monologue is taken from a scene between Natasha and her husband, Andrey. Andrey does not get a chance to speak very much in this scene. Natasha goes on and on about all the things that are worrying her and how she will fix some of them by rearranging the lives of her sisters-in-law. She ends by asking Andrey why he's been so quiet.
In this monologue, Natasha is speaking to Olga. She tells her she wants to fire the nurse that's been with Olga for the past thirty years.
