Summary

Sissy reveals her darkest secrets to her now grown childhood friends. She's been famous in her small town for her large breasts, something she was proud of as well. Unbeknownst to her friends though, breast cancer forced her to have a double mastectomy. The scars from the surgery repulsed her husband and he's cheated on her (just revealed by Joanne in the previous speech).
