Look, let me explain it to you. A simplistic example. So a human being is a plant. Or a tree. And see if you know where the seed the planted, the environmental influences that will shape its growth and direction. Now, granted... environmental influences are far more complex for a human being than it is for a tree... you know what we watch, what we consume, multiple sets of generational influence and you can add thousands of dimensions to the complexity of the problem. But here. Basically, if I take tree A and guess based on where it was planted, direction of light, etc... And tree B which has been planted somewhere else with a different set of environmental factors, I can reasonably predict that they grow together. See? So it isn?t hard-coded into our DNA. It?s not some equation measuring relative guanine... although that might be interesting as test group... but it?s a measure of factors of that influence us and how that affects what we find attractive in the other people.
